Game Wishlist/ Recent Aquisitions

Yeah been having a blast with that new Super Mario Bros. game. Nothing quite like getting frustrated with a level then pulling out the reserve ULTRA MEGA HUGE mushroom and blasting through them all like a defensive linemen through school girls.

I just recently bought a DS myself. All I have for it though is Zelda: Phantom Hourglass and Brain Age 2. I want to get Animal Crossing WW, Mario Kart DS and Super Mario Bros. among many others.

As for PC, I'm waiting for Assassin's Creed, and I'm about ready to go pick up a copy of The Orange Box. Just recently finished Call of Duty 4 and finished Crysis about 2 weeks ago. Fantastic games, just terribly short. Wasn't very fond of Crysis' abrupt ending either, but I guess the gameplay made up for it.

That's about all I can think of at the moment, but there's definitely lots more DS/PC games I'm following.

Thats odd, I have another friend that goes by "hex" and just finished COD4 and got crysis....

I mean getting those two games is common for a pc gamer..but also almost sharing the same user name.

Mario Kart DS is pretty damned fun. Though I'm about halfway through it and its not that challenging yet. The actual racing dynamics feel a little simple even for a mario kart title.

Granted its still fun, I'm hoping later circuits and the mission mode offer more for difficulty.

I have yet to try even 2/3rds of those games. I've been obsessed with FFXII: Revenant Wings, And "THE NEW Super Mario Bros."

DEAD RISING

I've watched many scary/zombie movies lately. Day of the Dead, RE extinction, etc

Really want to play Dead Rising now. The demo was hella fun. But i'd like to have a full go at it. The real deal.

The biggest upcoming thing I'm anticipating at the moment is the re-release of Chrono Trigger on the DS this winter.

I'm hoping in the coming weeks/months to acquire some SNES, N64 and Dreamcast games. I seem to be backtracking a bit with my gaming lately. =P I'll more than likely pick up some repair kits for the consoles as well to get them working again.

I plan to save up and get fallout 3. Or maybe wait on that until it gets a bit colder here, play gears of war 2 until after football season. I can't let any form of entertainment interfere with football season.

LBP....meh. I just don't see much interest in that.

The new street fighter though....wowza. 3d to look like sprites? sign me up!

LBP's gonna be sick. I'm gonna recreate Heavy Machinery from Crash Bandicoot.

And yeah, Street Fighter looks good but I think that the current generation isn't realizing that 2d is still a perfectly legitimate graphics style. Especially with today's technology.

I dunno, I think its pretty cool how they are making it 3d to play like 2d. Sprites have a fond place in time and a great look, but you can pull off so much more texture with 3d these days. The screenshots look amazing.

So well uh yeah an arcade here got Street Fighter 4. My verdict? God damn it. I don't think there's ever been a fighting game I've wanted this bad since Soul Calibur 2. Better yet, Street Fighter isn't a button masher!

I've probably already played enough of that damn game to have payed for a copy. By the time it comes out...who knows
