Both are excellent, I prefer the one of your dad, or for your dad, whichever it really is.

Not sure how I missed you updating this thread until today...

Thanks all.
I decided that I know how to draw hair now, and here is a doodle.
I've subtly scratched out the parts that were inferior.

The only result of a kraken fighting a unicorn is sadness:

Saturday was prom, and I got home at 8 am, still pretty drunk, and I wrote this. I've read it again and I still kind of like it, so here it is!

So we're driving fast, real fast, and I'm still drunk and I don't know about them, but it's 6:30 in the morning and we're just going. We have basically erupted onto that road that goes straight from Lahaina to somewhere, and from there to home, though really it's all the same here. The sun is rising so quick and we're so excited and Souxie and the Banshees are screeching typical and it's so ****ing beautiful. It's so small and pink and yellow like a little button sitting right along the seam of sky and mountain and it's half popped out— and it's peeping right out from these wrinkled little dove clouds— and I'm honestly not really sure what I mean by that— but they are all scrunched up and curling around all of these things and we are excited and taking pictures and saying how much we love all of this, every last drop. And I'm hanging out the window and the wind blows my eyes shut and I'm smiling at these people going across the intersection but they don't see me because, I think, they're too intent. And then it starts raining and then there's this rainbow right behind us and I say "Isn't this all just right?" and she says "See, you're not dead yet" and we keep going faster.

Before this we were falling side to side in the turbulence that is the Pali with breakneck excitement, and she's screeching that "We're absolutely going to die" and "Please I'm not joking" and and and— and then I see this whale and it sort of dips up and then dips down and I say "That is the first whale I have seen all season" and then "no, it actually isn't." But no one is really listening to eachother anyway because now we are falling out from behind the cliff as the sun falls up from behind the mountain and we are seeing the sunrise in it's first bumbling and awkward stages where it is actually it's most beautiful in it's severe and cautious beginning.

Then it bursts out all suddenly and we are caught off guard and taking pictures and then that whole bit with the wrinkly clouds, etc, etc, etc.—

But even before this, we were sleeping in a beach cabana and chattering, and before that we swam naked in spite of sharks, and before that, these brothers kept drinking my tequila, though I was giving it away anyway while we all stood on the giant checkerboard outside. We were standing. Some were sitting and smoking, some were sitting and drinking, some were sitting stiff and not doing really anything in a moral silence (by the spray of palm trees by the classy Whale shaped pool). Most of all of us were all talking, and that guy told us not to. I wasn't trying to talk too much because I kept thinking of how to write it all down, and I think I might still be drunk as I write now.

We pull into Denny's, and she says "God bless you for being open" and I say "Yes" and he says "Thank you." We are drinking too much swirling cocoa and talking too much again. I get Moon Over My Hammy which is again Too Much and I say so and no one listens cause they are busy separating mushrooms from egg. They might have omlettes, but who knows at this point, and I don't remember. We keep taking pictures.
Click- Click- Click- Delete. Delete.
I am poking at my orgy of ham and egg and cheese and potatoes that keep falling up my skirt and I'm not sure how, but it is still too much.

And then they all— except me— have a big "Domestic Argument Version: Easter" and are politely asked to leave.

We're leaving Denny's and I say "Thank you" and "Happy Easter" not because I believe it, but it's a nice sentiment. I was baptized, anyway.

The tension is building as we are heading for the door because she is angry and she is kind of tense and then she snickers and I start to laugh and laugh and laugh in peals— peeling myself out of this awkward rotisserie orange of cyclic bullshit, and she still doesn't laugh but we both are and we laugh and laugh all the way to the car.

"Orgy of ham and cheese".

That had to of been the best part. But you ATE denny's? Gross.

Good writing though, obviously intoxicated writing but it reads well and is very creative.
